1. What materials are used in your jewelry? All of our pieces are crafted from high-quality 14k or 18k solid gold, and select pieces feature ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones. We prioritize quality, durability, and elegance in every design.
2. Is your jewelry real gold? Yes. Every item is made with either 14k or 18k solid gold—never gold-plated or gold-filled—so it retains its shine and value over time.
3. How do I know my ring size? We offer a ring size guide under each product page to help you determine the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for the most accurate measurement.
4. Do you accept custom orders? At this time, we do not accept custom orders. However, we are happy to help you choose the perfect piece from our current collections.
5. Can I place an item on hold? We currently do not offer holds. Our pieces are made in limited quantities and tend to sell quickly, so we recommend purchasing promptly to secure your desired item.

7. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the near future.
8. How long will my order take to ship? In-stock items ship within 2–4 business days. Preorder or made-to-order items may take 2–4 weeks to ship. Estimated ship dates are always listed on each product page.
9. How do I care for my jewelry? Store your pieces in a clean, dry place. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. For a gentle clean, soak in warm soapy water and use a soft toothbrush to remove buildup.
10. Do you offer gift packaging? Yes! Every order is beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. If you'd like to include a personal note, you can add it at checkout.
